Lymphatic Drainage

During a lymphatic drainage session, a trained therapist uses gentle, rhythmic movements to stimulate the lymphatic vessels and nodes located just beneath the skin. These light, repetitive strokes, in a specific sequence, mimic the natural flow of lymphatic fluid. This encourages the lymphatic system to function more efficiently, promoting the removal of excess fluid (edema) and waste products from tissues.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 mins prior to your appointment. You can park in front of the house, there are no time restrictions.
If you have booked a Myofascial Release massage, please wear shorts and/or a sports bra to facilitate treatment as this modality does not use draping.
